গ) শর্তাদি স্বীকার করে বা ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহার বা লেনদেন করার মাধ্যমে, ব্যবহারকারী অপরিবর্তনীয়ভাবে ঘোষণা করেন এবং অঙ্গীকার করেন যে তিনি আইনি বয়সের অর্থাৎ 18 বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী এবং একটি বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করতে সক্ষম এবং এই ধরনের ব্যবহার একটি গঠন হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে অনুমোদিত পরিমাণে ওয়েবসাইট এবং এই জাতীয় ব্যবহারকারীর মধ্যে চুক্তি।

- ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ
